Diagnosis
You talk and we listen. Then we talk and you listen. We will get deep into the issues that are on your mind. We will record facts, both hard and soft and we will diagnose.
Prescription
Having collected all the relevant data we will prescribe solutions for us to discuss together. We will agree what actions to take. You will have a financial plan and know what needs to be done to best deal with the issues at hand. We will confirm our fees for making your plan a reality.
Cure
We will coordinate everything that needs to happen for your prescription to take effect. Some things we will do, others you will do. Once completed you will have a financial plan (prescription) that deals with the issues on your mind. You will be “cured” and our fee will become due (but not a moment before). We will discuss whether or not your financial plan requires ongoing management.
A note on fees
We charge a fixed fee, in pounds - never a percentage of your money.
It’s a bit like building an extension: until we’ve talked through what you actually need, any figure would just be a guess, and a guess wouldn’t be fair to either of us.
So we agree the fee with you once we understand your situation - and you pay once the work’s done and you’re happy with it. The first conversations are free and unhurried.
